CaughtOffside revealed that Manchester United is seriously considering signing Bournemouth player Antonee Semenyo during the winter transfer window in January, following the impressive performance he has shown this season in the Premier League.

The site explained that Semenyo, who is 25 years old, has scored six goals and provided three assists in his first 11 matches with Bournemouth, making him a target for several major clubs, including Liverpool, Arsenal, and Manchester City.

The same source noted that Manchester United is looking to move quickly to secure the deal, despite Bournemouth's refusal to sell their player, with expectations that the deal could be valued between £65 million and £80 million.

Semenyo is considered an ideal addition to the Red Devils, especially after the improvement the team has seen thanks to summer signings like Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha.

The report confirmed that Semenyo's decision may depend on the better opportunity for him between joining Manchester United, which seems to be on the rise, or Liverpool, which is going through a tough period and needs a long-term replacement for Mohamed Salah.
