The German newspaper "Bild" reported that Bayern Munich has started talks with the agents of Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konaté, amid the possibility of his compatriot Dayot Upamecano leaving at the end of the season.

Reports indicate that negotiations to renew Upamecano's contract with Bayern have stalled, as his contract is set to expire in the summer of 2026. Meanwhile, the Bavarian club is considering options to strengthen their defense in anticipation of any potential departures.

According to the newspaper, Upamecano has become the focus of interest for several clubs, most notably Real Madrid, Chelsea, and Inter Milan, as he will be leaving Bayern Munich on a free transfer.

It is worth noting that Konaté's contract with the Reds ends at the end of the current season, and he has not yet agreed to renew his contract, making him an option for several clubs as well.
