Yaissle Talks About the Upcoming Match Against Riyadh and Responds to Galeno's Injury
The German Matthias Yaissle, coach of Saudi Al-Ahli, confirmed that his team is ready for the match against Riyadh in the league.
Al-Ahli will face Riyadh tomorrow, Thursday, in the seventh round of the Saudi Professional League.
Yaissle confirmed in the pre-match press conference that his team is going through a positive phase in terms of defensive performance and tactical organization, noting that Al-Ahli has a good record of keeping a clean sheet in the last three consecutive matches.
He added: "We will play the match in our fortress and among our fans, which gives us an additional motivation to continue in the same approach that we started since the beginning of the season. We have a genuine desire to present a balanced performance in both attack and defense, and positive results are always the result of this balance."
Regarding the condition of the team's player, Winderson Galeno, he said: "I am the team coach and not a medical director, and I do not wish to delve into the details of injuries. I fully trust the medical staff, and the season is still long. The most important thing is the readiness of the group as a whole, not a specific player."
