Matthias Yaissle, the coach of Al-Ahli Saudi, confirmed that his team delivered an outstanding performance and deserved the victory over Al-Gharafa.
Al-Ahli won against Al-Gharafa with a score of 4-0 yesterday, Monday, in a match of the third round of the AFC Champions League.
Yaissle said in the press conference after the match: "We delivered an outstanding performance and deserved this big victory against Al-Gharafa," adding: "In previous matches, we did not show the required level, but today I feel proud of the players and their wonderful reaction."
He explained: "We always strive to create a constant threat in the opponent's area during every match, and today the players executed the instructions perfectly on the field."
Yaissle concluded his remarks commenting on the use of the 4-3-3 formation by saying: "This style has been used by us for several matches, and Kessy shares my opinion on its success."
