Yaicela: I Understand the Anger of the Fans and We Aim to Win Against Al-Gharafa
Matias Yaicela, the coach of Saudi Al-Ahli, confirmed that he understands the anger of the fans after the draw against Al-Shabab in the league.
Al-Ahli will meet with Qatari Al-Gharafa tomorrow, Monday, in the third round of the AFC Champions League.
Yaicela said in the pre-match press conference: "The fans have every right to be angry; we are in the same boat, and I feel disappointed and we seek to compensate in the upcoming matches. It is not easy to play a continental match against a big team like Al-Gharafa after our setback in the league against Al-Shabab."
He added: "We are excited to play in front of our fans who will give us extra motivation, and we look forward to achieving victory despite the difficulty of the match."
