The management office of Olympique Safi football team announced its contract with goalkeeper coach Rashid Al-Makawi, as part of the technical changes currently taking place within the first team.

The club clarified in an official statement that Al-Makawi will assume his new duties within the team's technical staff, in a move aimed at enhancing the coaching apparatus and supporting the sports development project that the club aims to implement this season.

Olympique Safi expressed gratitude to the former coach Abdel Latif Marouik for his efforts during his time with the team, wishing him success in his future career.

The Safi team had previously announced the appointment of national coach Simo Toufik as the head coach of the first team, succeeding Amin Al-Karma, who was separated from the team after a 3-0 loss against the Royal Army in the fourth round of the first professional league.

This new adjustment comes as part of the restructuring of the technical staff, in preparation for upcoming challenges, and as an effort by the club's management to achieve positive results and regain balance after a shaky start in the league.
