Thomas Frank: The Tottenham Players' Mentality Saved a Draw Against Bodo/Glimt

Thomas Frank, the head coach of Tottenham, confirmed that the players' mentality and character were the main reasons for the team's success in coming back to draw 2-2 against Bodo/Glimt in the UEFA Champions League, after being two goals down.

Frank said: "The positive thing is that the players' mentality and character were very good, we stayed in the game and kept fighting, and that earned us a very important point away from home. When you are 2-0 down against a team like Bodo, who perform strongly here, you have to be happy with that result."

He added: "Even at 2-0, especially in the first half, Bodo were better than us. We know they are exceptional in what they do, a well-coached team, and that was clear in the first half. We struggled defensively with the high press, and we needed to show more courage in possession of the ball."

Frank concluded his statements by emphasizing the importance of coming back in the match: "After being 2-0 down, we were the better team. We came back against Brighton from 2-0, we came back against Wolverhampton, and we came back today as well. This is extremely important; our team's mentality is based on continuing to run and fight hard."
