Scottish coach David Moyes, the manager of English club Everton, believes that young Moroccan international Adam Aznou possesses exceptional technical qualities, but he must work harder to develop his physical readiness to keep up with the pace of the Premier League.

Moyes explained in media statements that the 19-year-old left-back, who recently joined from Bayern Munich, has promising talent and remarkable technical abilities; however, his lack of physical readiness has prevented him from entering the starting lineup so far.

The 'Toffees' coach confirmed that Aznou's transfer, which cost the club around £7.8 million, is a long-term investment, noting that injuries he has faced since last summer have contributed to delaying his full integration with the team.

Moyes concluded by saying: "Aznou is an elegant player who excels at ball control, but he needs to strengthen his physical build. We will accompany him step by step until he reaches the level we aspire to."
