Real Madrid will visit Kairat Almaty tomorrow, Tuesday, as part of the second round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League, in a match held at the Almaty Central Stadium at 7:45 PM Cairo time.

The match has a historic significance, as it is the first encounter between the two teams in European competitions, as well as being the first match for Real Madrid against a Kazakh club, and Kairat's first match against a Spanish team.

Kairat enters the match with strong numbers at home, having lost only 4 of their last 30 European matches played at home, and they have managed to keep a clean sheet in their last 4 European matches this season.

In contrast, Real Madrid has won 13 of their last 16 matches in the group stage of the Champions League.

The match may also witness remarkable numbers, as Brazilian Vinicius Junior is close to becoming the second youngest player to reach 70 matches in the tournament after Iker Casillas, while goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois aims to be the first Belgian player to reach 90 matches in the Champions League.
