Rummenigge: I Still Feel Sorry for Wirtz
Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, the former CEO of Bayern Munich, who is currently a member of the advisory board of the Bavarian club, spoke about the situation of German star Florian Wirtz.
This comes after the player moved to Liverpool FC from Bayer Leverkusen, despite Bayern Munich's attempts to sign him, without having made much of an impact with the Reds so far, and facing several transfers.
Rummenigge commented on this issue in a recent statement: "I must say frankly, I still feel sorry for Florian Wirtz."
He added: "I say this because I believe the player would be in a better situation at Bayern Munich instead of Liverpool."
