21 Players in the Young Green Team's List in Preparation for the Chile World Cup

Brazilian coach Marcos Suarez announced a list of 21 players for the Saudi Under 20 national team to participate in the 2025 Youth World Cup, scheduled to take place in Chile at the end of September.

The list includes three goalkeepers: Hamad Youssef, Abdul Rahman Al-Ghamdi, and Mahmoud Al-Bariyah, along with 18 other players whose names were revealed by the official account of the team on the 'X' platform.

The selected names include: Nawaf Al-Ghamilish, Mohammed Barnaoui, Saud Haroun, Saleh Barnaoui, Saud Al-Tambakti, Abdullah Al-Suhaili, Awad Aman, Bassam Hazzazi, and Iyad Housa.

The list also features: Abdul Malik Al-Harbi, Farha Al-Shamrani, Rakan Al-Ghamdi, Saad Haqwi, Ziyad Al-Ghamdi, Ramiz Al-Attar, Ammar Al-Yahibi, Thamer Al-Khaibari, and Talal Haji.

The young green team is preparing for intense competition in the global tournament, which will be held in Chile from September 27 to October 19, featuring the best emerging teams.

The Saudi team is in Group Six alongside Nigeria, Norway, and Colombia, making the competition for a spot in the knockout stage extremely challenging and exciting.
