Al-Mina Club received a major shock after confirming the absence of its Tunisian defender Diaa Al-Din Al-Juwaini for a long period, following a serious back injury sustained during one of the team's training sessions.

Medical examinations conducted by the player revealed the need for a treatment and rehabilitation period extending for more than four months, which means he will be absent from the pitch until at least February.

According to a source within the club, Al-Juwaini will be leaving for Tunisia in the coming days to undergo advanced medical examinations and start an intensive treatment program that ensures his safe return to the green rectangle.

The administrative body of Al-Mina Club expressed its regret at losing one of its key defensive players, wishing him a speedy recovery and a quick return to lead the team's backline.

The technical and administrative staff also praised the player, confirming that he has shown remarkable performance since his joining, both in the external camp and in his first appearance with the team against Naft Maysan, where he contributed to leading "Al-Safana" to victory with a score of three goals to one.
