Al-Ahly Refuses Zizo's Travel for Rehabilitation Abroad
Media figure Ahmed Hassan, a former star of Egyptian football, revealed the latest developments regarding the injury of Ahmed Sayed Zizo, the star of Al-Ahly.
Hassan stated via Facebook: "Zizo will receive plasma injections within days... and intensive rehabilitation sessions for the player are scheduled twice daily."
He continued: "The player requested to travel for rehabilitation abroad, but the club refused to avoid stirring up a crisis in the dressing room, especially since it has not been approved for any player to travel abroad for rehabilitation from a muscle injury."
Al-Ahly is preparing to face Ceramica Cleopatra next Friday in the seventh round of the Egyptian Premier League.
