
Moroccan Player Murad Batna on His Red Card
Moroccan player Murad Batna of Al-Fateh spoke about the red card he received during the loss against Al-Ittihad (2-4) in the second round of the Roshn Saudi League.
Batna was sent off in the 45+2 minute after receiving a second yellow card, leaving Al-Fateh to finish the match against Al-Ittihad with 10 players.
Batna said: "My red card was unjustified, and the third goal for Al-Ittihad started with a mistake in my favor, the incident is clear, I was the one who touched the ball in the challenge with the Al-Ittihad player."
Murad Batna also pointed out in his brief statement that the incorrect decision to send him off affected the team and the course of the match in general.
