Al-Ghandour: The Cancellation of the Egyptian Super is Just a Rumor
Media figure Khaled Al-Ghandour confirmed that the cancellation of the Egyptian Super Championship is just a rumor.
Al-Ghandour said via his Facebook page: "The Egyptian Super will be held in the UAE with the participation of Zamalek, Al-Ahly, Pyramids, and Ceramica Cleopatra next November."
He continued: "The news from the liars who spread the rumor that the UAE refused due to Abdel Wahed El-Sayed, Donga, and Mostafa Shalaby is not true; in general, only Donga remains in the team."
Al-Ahly announced the dismissal of coach Jose Ribeiro due to poor results and the appointment of Emad Nassar as his replacement.
