Al-Ahli Signs Hosawi on Loan from Al-Raed
Tuesday 02-09-2025
Al-Ahli Club announced its contract with left-back Zakaria Hosawi, coming from Al-Raed on loan, with a contract extending until the summer of 2026, to be a new addition to the team's ranks this current season.

The deal came on Monday evening after an official agreement between the two clubs, making Hosawi, 24 years old, the sixth player to join Al-Ahli during the ongoing summer transfer period.

Thus, the player joins the list of signings that included Abdul Ilah Al-Khaibari, Mohammed Abdul Rahman, winger Saleh Abu Al-Shamat, Brazilian Matheus Gonsalves, in addition to Frenchman Enzo Milot.

Hosawi started from the youth categories at the One Club before being promoted to the first team in 2021, then he had a loan experience with Al-Ittihad in the 2022-2023 season, before the latter bought his contract permanently.

Last summer, the player left Al-Ittihad moving to Al-Raed, but he did not stay long, as the latter decided to loan him to Al-Ahli after just one season.

Hosawi participated in 24 matches wearing Al-Raed's jersey last season and succeeded in creating 6 goals, confirming his offensive value alongside his defensive roles in the left-back position.
