The Spanish newspaper "Mundo Deportivo" reported that FC Barcelona has registered the young Swedish player Roni Bardji, aged 19, who joined this summer from Copenhagen, in the roster of FC Barcelona Athletic.

Barcelona faced difficulties in generating margin within the financial fair play rules during the last days of the summer transfer window. After registering both Gerard Martin and Szczesny, Bardji's situation remained pending until the last moments, before the club decided to register him as a player in the reserve team.

Despite being registered with the second team, the technical plan stipulates that Roni Bardji will be part of the first team's dynamics under coach Hans Flick, allowing for his call-up at any time. The player will also be available to participate with Barcelona Athletic, at least until the next winter transfer window in January.

Bardji participated in some friendly matches with the reserve team during the preparation period and caught attention with his high dribbling skills and speed on the right flank, along with having a powerful shot. He impressed Flick, who considers him a valuable option within the first team.
