The Air Force Club announced the completion of the deal for Mozambican defender Edmilson Dov to strengthen the defense line for the new football season.

Edmilson joins the Falcons after the expiration of his contract with South Africa's Kaizer Chiefs, signing with the Air Force for one season, in a move aimed at enhancing the team's defensive capabilities.

The player has previously represented several clubs at both local and continental levels, including Mozambican club Ferroviário, South Africa's Cape Town, and Mozambican club Songo, and has participated in 36 international matches with the Mozambique national team, reflecting his extensive experience in dealing with various playing styles.

The signing of Edmilson is part of a series of summer contracts for the Air Force, which also included Tunisian Haitham Al-Jouini, Algerian Eder Mqaddem, and Daniel Ajibola, in an effort to comprehensively rebuild the team in preparation for the new season in the Iraqi Premier League.
