According to press reports, the Al-Ahli management, led by Khalid Al-Ghamdi, has begun negotiations with the mentioned trio to extend their contracts and keep them within the team.
Sources confirmed that the management decided to close the file regarding the departure of Ivorian Frank Kessie from the team this summer.
The trio Kessie, Demiral, and Mendy joined Al-Ahli Saudi in the summer of 2023 with a contract lasting 3 years, ending in June 2026 for all of them.
