Khalid Al-Ghamdi, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahli Saudi Club, spoke about the strength of the club, confirming that all teams in the Kingdom and beyond have come to fear facing Al-Ahli.

Al-Ghamdi was officially elected today, Monday, to the board of the non-profit organization of Al-Ahli Club.

Al-Ghamdi stated in television remarks: "I carry the hopes of every Al-Ahli fan, and our ambition is to achieve the aspirations of our large fan base and remain at the top always."

He added: "Al-Ahli this season is participating in several tournaments, and in our club's dictionary, we do not play just for participation, but to be number (1) and achieve gold."

Regarding Al-Raqi's victory in the Saudi Super Cup, Al-Ghamdi said: "We went to the Super with an invitation and returned with the cup, because our natural place is at the top. Any team in the Kingdom and outside has come to fear facing Al-Ahli."
