Rabiot Returns to Milan's Radar
Italian media reports have revealed that the name of French player Adrien Rabiot has re-emerged among AC Milan's options in the transfer market, following a meeting between coach Massimiliano Allegri and sporting director Paolo Maldini on Sunday.
According to the 'Calciomercato' website, Allegri and Maldini discussed the current transfer strategy and reviewed the files of Victor Bonifazi, Konrad Laimer, and Dusan Vlahovic, in addition to exploring available options in midfield.
The report confirmed that Rabiot has become one of the names receiving increased interest from the Rossoneri management, even though the team has already signed Luka Modric, Ardon Jashari, and Samuel Ricci after the departure of Tijani Reijnders to Manchester City.
The 'Football Italia' website explained that AC Milan's management requested to stay updated on any developments regarding Rabiot's situation, amid similar interest from Napoli, who contacted the player's mother and agent.
Rabiot is currently up for sale with Marseille, following his involvement in a brawl with teammate Jonathan Rowe, who later transferred to Bologna, an incident that required security intervention.
However, the move to sign Rabiot is linked to the departure of one of the current midfielders at Milan, with reports indicating that American Yunus Musah is the most likely to leave if the deal goes through.
