Al-Fateh Closes Cases of Bilic and Machado and Approaches Financial Competence Certification
Al-Fateh club has completed the procedures to close the files of Croatian coach Slaven Bilic and Brazilian striker Matheus Machado after reaching a final settlement with them, thus ending the cases filed against it before the International Football Federation 'FIFA'.
A special source told 'Al-Riyadiyah' that this step will enable the club to obtain the financial competence certificate next Sunday, which is a necessary condition for registering its new players in the current sports season.
'Al-Riyadiyah' had previously reported that Al-Fateh was close to closing the two cases, which indeed materialized after negotiations ended with a satisfactory agreement for all parties involved.
It is worth noting that Bilic took over the coaching of Al-Fateh in the summer of 2023, before leaving weeks before the start of the season, after leading the team in 36 matches, achieving 13 wins, 9 draws, and 14 losses.
As for Machado, he joined in January and participated in 13 matches, scoring two goals without assists, before leaving this summer to Ludogorets Razgrad in Bulgaria on a one-season loan contract.
