The management of Al Ahli Jeddah has submitted an official offer to acquire Turki Al Ammar, a player from Al Qadsiah, during the current summer transfer window, according to what the 'Al Riyadiyah' newspaper reported today, Tuesday.

The offer from Al Ahli reached 30 million Saudi Riyals to purchase Al Ammar's contract, who recently refused to renew his contract with Al Qadsiah for an annual salary of 10 million Riyals, prompting the club to consider selling him before the start of the free transfer period.

Al Ammar is 25 years old and joined Al Qadsiah from Al Shabab in the summer of 2023, where he participated in 61 official matches, scoring eight goals and providing nine assists.

Al Ahli is preparing to face Al Qadsiah on Wednesday at 3 PM Mecca time in the semi-finals of the Saudi Super Cup at Hong Kong International Stadium to determine who advances to the final match.

The winner of the Al Ahli and Al Qadsiah match will face Al Nassr in the Super Cup final scheduled for Saturday, after the latter won against Al Ittihad by two goals to one, completing the competition for the title.
