Erbil Club announced the signing of left-back Ahmed Zero coming from Al-Police Club, to be part of the new roster that will face the challenges of the 2025-2026 football season with the team

Zero is considered one of the most prominent rising stars in Iraqi football, having transferred to Al-Police on August 12, 2021, coming from Zakho Club. During his career with Al-Police, he achieved significant accomplishments, most notably winning four consecutive league titles, in addition to clinching the Iraq Cup and the Super Cup, as well as contributing to Al-Police's fourth-place finish in the Arab Club Championship, along with participating in the AFC Champions League

Ahmed Zero is 22 years old and is distinguished by his high technical abilities, making him one of the best players in the left-back position on the local scene. He combines defensive discipline with the ability to support attacks, which prompted Erbil Club to sign him as an important addition to their defense line

The management of Erbil Club clarified that this deal is part of their strategy aimed at building a complete team capable of competing locally and regionally, noting that Zero represents a successful long-term investment due to his young age and the extensive experience he has gained during his participation with Al-Police in various tournaments.
