Juventus rejected an official offer from Saudi club Al Ahli worth 25 million euros to sign the team's captain and international midfielder Manuel Locatelli, according to the website "Football Italia".

Al Ahli is seeking to strengthen its midfield and has offered Locatelli a huge salary, with a willingness to raise the deal to 30 million euros. However, Juventus refuses the idea of parting with a player whom coach Igor Tudor considers an essential part of his tactical project.

Al Ahli already includes several former Serie A stars, such as Franck Kessié and Roger Ibañez, but according to the report, it is unlikely that Locatelli will join them, as the Italian club does not intend to sell him under any circumstances.

Conversely, Juventus hopes that Al Ahli will turn its attention to Swiss midfielder Denis Zakaria, the current Monaco player, who has received an offer of 45 million euros from the Saudi club. If he transfers, Juventus will benefit from a resale percentage agreed upon in the player's contract.
