Al-Ettifaq has conditioned the signing of its former player Bassam Hazzazi from Al-Nassr as part of the deal that may see defender Abdallah Madou return to the ranks of Al-Nassr during the current summer transfer window.

Al-Nassr is seeking to bring back Madou at the request of Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus to strengthen the defense in preparation for the new season. However, negotiations are facing financial obstacles and additional conditions from Al-Ettifaq's management.

According to the Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah," Al-Ettifaq links Madou's transfer to Al-Nassr with the return of Hazzazi, who left the team heading to Al-Nassr in the winter of 2025 as part of a previous deal.

Al-Ettifaq is also demanding that Al-Nassr pay 6 million riyals and waive 12 million riyals, in addition to amending a clause in Khalid Al-Ghanam's transfer contract, which grants Al-Nassr 25% of his future sale value.

Al-Ettifaq's management hopes to utilize the deal to regain one of its standout players, while Al-Nassr is considering its options to finalize the negotiations, as Jesus insists on acquiring Madou before the summer transfer window closes.
