The newspaper clarified that Southampton has not yet responded to the offer, as they are seeking a larger amount, which makes it likely that the current offer will be rejected.

Everton's interest in acquiring the services of the 19-year-old player has been ongoing since the beginning of the summer transfer window, especially given Dibling's desire to continue participating in the Premier League after his team's relegation to the Championship.
