Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Everton has submitted an official bid to sign Kieran Hall, the Chelsea midfielder, during the current summer transfer window.
Romano explained via his account on the platform 'X' that discussions are ongoing between the two clubs, and Chelsea's management is open to the idea of a sale, with discussions continuing about the final terms of the deal.
Kieran Hall joined Chelsea last summer from Leicester City and only participated in 13 matches in the Premier League last season, without scoring any goals, managing to provide just one assist.
Despite his limited local appearances, the 26-year-old player contributed to Chelsea's victory in the UEFA Conference League and the FIFA Club World Cup, scoring 5 goals and assisting 3 others in 18 matches across both tournaments.
