The Moroccan club Olympic Safi announced its official signing of Ivorian player Aboubakar Sylla, in a deal aimed at strengthening the team's ranks ahead of the new football season 2025-2026.

Sylla, who is 23 years old, signed a contract that extends for three seasons, making him one of the most prominent new names in the team's "Safi" sports project, which aims to shine on both local and continental levels.

Aboubakar Sylla has significant continental experience, having previously defended the colors of well-known clubs in Africa, such as Vita Club (Democratic Republic of Congo), Abongoua, and AS Soliman in Ivory Coast.

The player also participated with the Ivory Coast national team under 23, which gives him an international background that could be an important addition to the team during its upcoming matches, especially in the 2025-2026 African Confederation Cup.

This deal is part of Olympic Safi's management strategy to enhance the squad with elements that combine continental experience and high physical abilities, in order to present a commendable appearance in the upcoming competitions.
