Al-Nasr Revives Negotiations with Bayern Munich Star
Saudi Al-Nasr Club has resumed its efforts to sign South Korean defender Kim Min-Jae from Bayern Munich, as part of its plans to compensate for the anticipated departure of Spanish defender Aymeric Laporte this summer.
According to journalist Santi Auna from the 'Foot Mercato' network, Al-Nasr has initiated direct negotiations with Kim's agent, aiming to secure his signing during the summer transfer window, although a final agreement has not yet been reached.
Kim, 28 years old, does not oppose moving to the Saudi league, but his contract, which runs until 2028 with Bayern Munich, and his market value of 40 million euros could hinder the deal.
The Al-Nasr management has several alternative names on the negotiation table, including Spanish Pau Torres from Aston Villa, alongside Paraguayan Omar Alderete and David Hancko, a recent player from Atletico Madrid.
Al-Nasr has already finalized three signings this summer, bringing in Nader Al-Sharari in defense, Abdulmalek Al-Jaber in midfield, and signing Portuguese Joao Felix, the former Chelsea striker.
