Dutch club Ajax Amsterdam has made its final decision regarding the idea of re-signing Moroccan star Hakim Ziyech during the ongoing summer transfer window, following increasing news about the possibility of his return to his former club.

According to reports from Dutch media, Ajax management does not include Ziyech in their plans for the upcoming season, despite his impressive career with the team in the past, indicating that the player is currently seeking a new experience in Europe or abroad.

The reports clarified that Ajax is currently focusing on strengthening their defensive line, especially since they have already bolstered their attacking side in previous signings, which reduces their need for an addition in Ziyech's position.

Hakim Ziyech had recently concluded his short stint with Qatari club Al-Duhail, which lasted no more than six months, making him currently free to negotiate with any new club during the summer transfer window.
