Al Ahli Decides to End Journey of New Professional After Being Excluded from Yaisleh's Plans
Wednesday 30-07-2025
The management of Al Ahli Saudi Club has informed their French winger Allan Saint-Maximin of the necessity to leave during the ongoing summer transfer window, after being excluded from the plans of German coach Matthias Jaissle for the upcoming season.

According to what was reported by the newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah", the player has received the green light from the club's management to search for a suitable offer, as the coach relies on Brazilian Galeno in the primary left winger position.

Maximin recently returned to Al Ahli following the end of his loan period with the Turkish team Fenerbahçe, but he did not manage to convince the technical staff of his viability for further reliance.

The French player joined Al Ahli in the summer of 2023 from Newcastle United on a contract that extends until June 2026, and he has played 31 matches with the team, scoring 4 goals and providing 10 assists.

The decision to part ways with Maximin comes days after Brazilian striker Roberto Firmino left for Qatari club Al Sadd, as the club is working on restructuring its roster of professionals in line with Jaissle's technical vision for the new season.
