Roma Seeks to Acquire Manchester City Talent
Sky Italia has revealed that Italian club Roma is interested in signing 19-year-old Argentine talent Claudio Echeverri, a player from Manchester City, during the current summer transfer window.
Echeverri has faced difficulties in securing regular playing minutes since joining Manchester City from River Plate, which is prompting Roma to attempt to acquire him.
According to the report, Roma is looking to obtain the player's services on loan, with an option for a permanent purchase at the end of the season, but Manchester City's stance on this clause remains undecided.
Echeverri made his first appearance with the City first team in the FA Cup final against Crystal Palace and also scored a goal in his participation in the Club World Cup.
