Montari is considered one of the well-known names in the African continent, possessing a rich record of experiences in several Arab and Asian leagues. He plays in the advanced midfield position and is characterized by speed, physical strength, and playmaking ability, in addition to his effective presence on the field, which prompted the management of Al-Nafit to move to contract with him after closely monitoring his level in the past seasons.

The 31-year-old player has a wealth of experience with several prominent clubs, having previously defended the colors of Al-Ain in Saudi Arabia, had a remarkable experience with Al-Faisaly in Jordan, and played in the Saudi league with Al-Fayha and Al-Qadisiyah. He also had a presence in the Hungarian league with Ferencvárosi, which allowed him to accumulate significant experience in various Asian and Arab stadiums.

A source in the management of Al-Nafit Club stated that the contract with Amadou Montari comes as part of the club's efforts to build a balanced team capable of competing and achieving positive results during the upcoming season, adding that the deal was completed after quick negotiations that ended with a full agreement with the player and his agent, after Montari expressed his desire to embark on a new experience in the Iraqi league.

I have heard a lot about the Iraqi league and its history, and I will strive to give my best for the team."
