Thomas Frank, the head coach of Tottenham Hotspur, has confirmed that Argentine defender Cristian Romero will remain with the team for the upcoming season, putting an end to speculation about his potential departure during the current summer transfer window.

Frank stated in press remarks relayed by journalist Fabrizio Romano: "He is definitely here and very committed. I know he is looking forward to the new season."

Romero, who is 26 years old, is considered one of the key players in Tottenham's defense, delivering impressive performances since joining the club, which has drawn the attention of several European teams. However, Spurs management insists on retaining his services.
