
Sevilla Announces Signing of Gabriel Suazo
The Spanish club Sevilla announced today, Saturday, the signing of Chilean left-back Gabriel Suazo coming from French club Toulouse on a free transfer, with a contract extending until the summer of 2028.
The club confirmed through its official accounts that the signing of Suazo is part of the plan to strengthen the team's squad in preparation for the new season, and published a video clip of the player moving chess pieces with the caption: "We move together and play together, welcome to Sevilla, Gabriel."
Suazo began his career with Chilean club Colo-Colo, where he rose to the first team in 2016 and won 9 domestic titles with them, before moving to Toulouse in January 2023, where he won the Coupe de France, and played 97 matches with Toulouse, scoring 3 goals and providing 13 assists, including 7 assists last season in 33 matches.
On the international level, Suazo has participated with the Chile national team in 33 matches since his debut in 2017, enhancing his extensive experience with the Andalusian team.
