Al-Hilal Moves to Snatch German League Sniper at Inzaghi's Request
Tuesday 08-07-2025
Saudi Al-Hilal has begun serious steps towards acquiring Slovenian striker Benjamin Sisko, the star of German Leipzig, to strengthen the team's front line ahead of the new season.

According to reports from the German newspaper "Bild", this move came at the direct recommendation of Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, who places Sisko at the top of his attacking priorities during the summer transfer window.

The new coach of Al-Hilal decided to abandon the deal for Nigerian Victor Osimhen after studying technical and financial aspects, to shift his focus entirely towards Sisko, whom he considers the most suitable for his tactical plans.

The Al-Hilal management is seriously considering activating the release clause in the Slovenian striker's contract, which is estimated at around 65 million euros, due to their complete confidence in his great attacking capabilities.

Sisko has an impressive record with Leipzig last season, having participated in 33 matches in the German league, scoring 13 goals, and providing 5 assists to his teammates.

The young striker is known for his remarkable speed, strong physical build, and ideal positioning inside the penalty area, making him an ideal target for Inzaghi in his project with Al-Hilal.

Al-Hilal is seeking to secure a strong attacking line led by a star capable of making a difference, and it seems that Sisko has become the most prominent candidate to carry this responsibility in the upcoming season.

Activating the release clause remains a crucial step in the transaction process, and the Al-Hilal management may witness tangible movements next week to finalize the contract officially.

Sisko's joining the Saudi league could be one of the most prominent summer signings, confirming the ongoing development of competition and the attraction of European talents to the Gulf arenas.

If the deal goes through, Sisko will be the first Slovenian striker to wear the Al-Hilal jersey, which could lead to a qualitative shift in the team's attacking performance under Inzaghi's leadership.
