Diyala Club's management announced the renewal of the contract with Tunisian coach Yamen Al-Zulfani to lead the team in the upcoming season of the Iraqi Premier League, after he delivered positive results in the past season that contributed to the team's survival and gradual development within the Premier League.

Al-Zulfani, who has extensive coaching experience in several Arab countries, was able to quickly leave his mark on the team's performance, which prompted the management to renew their trust in him and continue his role at the head of the technical staff.

The renewal decision came as part of the technical stability policy adopted by Diyala's management, in preparation for strong preparations for the new season, with ambitions to present a competitive version that befits the name of the club.
