Media reports have revealed that Crystal Palace is considering entering into a trade deal with Arsenal, as part of the latter's negotiations to acquire the team's star, Eberechi Eze, during the summer transfer window.

Eze had an outstanding season with Palace in 2024/2025, scoring 14 goals and assisting 11 others in all competitions, making him a target for several clubs, notably Arsenal and Tottenham.

According to the "GiveMeSport" website, Arsenal hopes to reduce the deal's value below the £60 million release clause stated in Eze's contract, which has prompted Crystal Palace to consider acquiring one of the Gunners' players as part of the deal.

The report did not specify the names of potential players, but Arsenal's activity in the transfer market may make some of its players available for negotiations, and Eze is contracted with Crystal Palace until the summer of 2027.
