The Fluminense team achieved an exciting victory over their counterpart Inter with two goals to nil, in the Round of 16 of the Club World Cup, in a match held at Bank of America Stadium.

Fluminense took the lead through German Cano in the 3rd minute after a cross that deflected off an Inter player, reaching Cano in front of the goal to easily head it into the net.

In the 90+3 minute, Fluminense scored a second goal through Herkles Pereira after a ball reached him, then he entered the penalty area and shot a low ball into the net.

The match witnessed the brilliance of Fluminense's goalkeeper, who saved his team from several dangerous opportunities, and the post and crossbar thwarted Inter's attempts.

Fluminense will face the winner of the match between Al Hilal and Manchester City in the quarterfinals.
