International Syrian star Mahmoud Al-Mawas expressed his great pride in the crowning of his team Al-Shorta with the title of the Iraqi Stars League for the current season, confirming that this achievement came after significant effort and exceptional sacrifices from all the players and the coaching staff.

In statements following the official victory of the title, Al-Mawas said:
