FIFA Decides to Move Fans in Front of Cameras to Avoid Empty Stands
Saturday 14-06-2025
The International Football Federation "FIFA" has decided to adjust the seating arrangements for fans in the stands of the Club World Cup venues by moving them to the stands facing the cameras in an attempt to conceal the empty spaces.

This decision comes ahead of the tournament, which kicks off early Sunday with a match between Egyptian Al Ahly and American Inter Miami at Hard Rock Stadium, which has a capacity of 65,000 spectators.

According to the British newspaper "Daily Mail", FIFA took this action due to weak fan attendance and stagnation in ticket sales, despite having reduced prices earlier.

The international federation aims through this step to improve the visual image of the matches and avoid the appearance of empty stands in television broadcasts.

It is worth mentioning that Al Ahly is in the first group alongside American Inter Miami, Portuguese Porto, and Brazilian Palmeiras.
