Kepa Enters Arsenal's Radar

Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed Arsenal's interest in signing Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa to strengthen their goalkeeping position for the upcoming season.

Kepa, who has finished his loan period with Bournemouth, is now available to Arsenal after a release clause in his contract was activated, allowing him to leave for £5 million, which Arsenal is aware of and has had preliminary talks about.

The Spanish goalkeeper faced difficulties during his time at Chelsea, but he regained his form with Bournemouth, making him a solid option as a backup to the first-choice keeper David Raya.

This interest comes at a time when Arsenal is focused on strengthening its squad, as they also aim to sign a new striker and winger, but having a strong and experienced backup in goal remains a priority for the team's coach Mikel Arteta.
