Sports journalist Hamad Al-Qarni proposed the idea of bringing Saud Abdulhamid back to Al-Hilal, confirming that this step would spare the team from signing a foreign player for the full-back position and improve budget investment.

Al-Qarni explained that having Abdulhamid alongside names like Renan Lodi or Joao Cancelo would provide Al-Hilal with a strong defensive balance, allowing the club to redirect its funds to strengthen more needed positions.

Al-Qarni pointed out that Saud Abdulhamid does not enjoy regular playing minutes at AS Roma, making him an ideal option to return to the Saudi league, which is witnessing a developing competitive level.

Al-Qarni confirmed that Al-Hilal offers its players repeated opportunities to participate in major tournaments such as the FIFA Club World Cup, the Asian Elite League, the local league, the King’s Cup, and the Saudi Super Cup.

Al-Qarni issued a clear call to Al-Hilal’s management to seriously consider Abdulhamid's return, emphasizing the importance of registering him before the deadline on June 10, in the interest of the club and its fans.
