FIFA Reveals Details of 2025 Club World Cup Training Camps
In a new step towards the launch of a historic edition of the Club World Cup 2025, the International Football Federation "FIFA" revealed details of the training camps for the 32 participating teams, which will begin before the official competitions start.
Fourteen states in the United States have been selected to host the preparatory camps, reflecting FIFA's new vision of integrating the tournament with American communities and enhancing interactive atmospheres between teams and fans.
Notably, these camps are not limited to the cities that will host the tournament matches, but extend to various states such as Michigan, Oregon, and West Virginia, in addition to Florida, which received the largest share with nine camps.
The geographical diversity reflects FIFA's desire to expand the fan base and enhance community interaction, as some teams have chosen their camps in states like New Jersey, California, and North Carolina.
For his part, Matthias Grafström, the Secretary General of FIFA, announced that Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal Club will hold its camp at two distinguished training facilities, the first belonging to DC United in Virginia, and the second at Nashville SC facilities in Tennessee.
