Riham Hamdi stated on Facebook: "There is no intention from Al Ahly to contract with Zamalek player Ahmed Sayed 'Zizo' to play in the Club World Cup only, and then loan him to another club. Instead, they see him as an important player who will have a fundamental role in the team once the contract is officially announced.
Al Ahly will compete in the Club World Cup next June in the United States.
Al Ahly's group in the tournament includes: Palmeiras from Brazil, Porto from Portugal, and Inter Miami from the USA.
