Reports have confirmed that Saudi Al-Hilal is interested in hiring Michael Edwards, the current executive director of Liverpool.
The website "Give Me Sport" quoted journalist Ben Jacobs stating that Al-Hilal has reached out to Michael Edwards to discuss taking on the same position at Al-Hilal with the aim of rebuilding the team anew.
According to the site, Michael Edwards has not shown a desire to take on a new challenge, but there remains an interest from Al-Hilal in signing him.
It is noteworthy that Al-Hilal currently occupies the second position in the Saudi league standings with 71 points.
