Details of Jeremy Frimpong's Transfer to Liverpool
Liverpool FC has finalized the signing of Bayer Leverkusen's right-back Jeremy Frimpong, in order to compensate for Trent Alexander-Arnold's departure to Real Madrid.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Liverpool has reached a complete agreement to sign the Dutch defender, and only the official announcement remains.
The source added that Liverpool has informed Leverkusen of activating the player's release clause, which is set at 35 million euros.
Romano concluded that Jeremy Frimpong will sign a 5-year contract with Liverpool, while the date for the player's medical examination with the Reds will be determined soon.
