The Stance of the Karbala and Al-Hudood Management on the Dismissal of Their Coaches
Wednesday 14-05-2025
Despite the negative results and the modest performance of both Karbala Club and Al-Hudood Club during the current season of the Iraqi Stars League, the managements of both clubs remain committed to the coaching staff of each team, at a time when the fans of Al-Amid have begun to sound the alarm fearing relegation to the first division.

According to sources from Al-Rabia Sports Channel, Abbas Atiyah will continue his duties as the head coach of Karbala until the end of the season, as the management confirmed its confidence in him despite the team dropping to the nineteenth position in the standings with 22 points, amidst a lack of victories and suffering heavy losses in recent rounds.

As for Al-Hudood Club, which is considered the worst team this season in terms of results and points, the same sources reported that there is no intention from the management to change coach Hamza Hadi at the moment, despite the team being at the bottom of the overall standings with only 17 points and being very close to relegation.

The stable administrative position in Karbala and Al-Hudood raises many questions in the sports community, especially since most clubs that have gone through similar circumstances hastened to make technical changes in search of saving what can be saved, while the managements of both clubs insist on supporting the coaches until the end of the journey, in a move that could be interpreted as an attempt to protect stability or due to the lack of suitable alternatives.
