In a special statement to the 'Professionals' website, Iraqi national team defender Ribin Solaka called on fans, media, and all citizens to stand behind the team during this important phase, emphasizing that the appointment of a new coach means a new beginning that requires hard work and seriousness from everyone.

He said: "Now that the national team has a coach, the responsibility has become shared, and we as Iraqis must all work diligently and earnestly, because nothing is impossible when there is sincere will."

He added: "It is important for the media and fans to stand behind the team and support the players and coaches with all their strength. We are approaching important matches, and we must enter them with positive energy and high spirits."

He continued: "This phase requires us to be one unit, comprising 45 million Iraqi citizens, because together, and only together, can we succeed and achieve what we aspire to. Division does not serve the team, and solidarity is the strongest weapon in football."
